| Washington D.C. – Filmed at the World Bank On November 15, 2007, the following presentation is based on the context of following event: "Building a Better Investment Climate in Bangladesh: Communication, Consensus-Building and Coalitions for Change," which took place on November 13 - 15, 2007, in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
In this session, Benjamin Herzberg discusses different types of consensus building and communication efforts that have been used to manage the politics of reform worldwide. Herzberg focuses in particular on establishing productive dialogues between stakeholders, particular business and government, to build transparency, ownership and a renewed momentum for investment climate reform. These approaches are then discussed in regards to implementation challenges in Bangladesh.
