| Without reliable power, it is impossible for developing countries to reach a state of growth. To help countries best use their power, even when faced with emergencies or low capacity, the World Bank’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) has published Implementing Power Rationing in a Sensible Way: Lessons Learned and International Best Practices. In a brown bag lunch, ESMAP presented its work at the Bank’s headquarters on April 12, 2006. |
