| The Center for Local and Regional Governance at the University of the Philippines, the National College of Public Administration and Governance, and the World Bank co-organized a high level seminar on Decentralization in East Asia and the Philippines on June 14, 2005, in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The seminar shared the lessons and experiences in the region on decentralization to influential audiences and decision makers in government and civil society. |
