| Delivering equal coverage of health services can be difficult to achieve. Often, the rich are better able to take advantage of these services, even if their needs are less. However, new measurements may be able to evaluate health programs for effectiveness across levels of affluence. On December 7, 2005, the World Bank InfoShop launched “Reaching the Poor with Health, Nutrition, and Population Services” at its Washington, DC headquarters. |
