- Integrity Pact for hiring a firm to administrate the electronic till system.

- In a bid for an electronic toll collection systems service in Mexico in 2002, Transparency Mexico, Caminos y Puentes Federales -Capufe, and bidding companies agreed to set up an integrity pact with an external monitor to ensure transparency in the bidding process.
- The aim od the Integrity Pact was to Enhance transparency in every stage of the bidding process and to assure that the bidding process is fair and competitive.
- Transparency Mexico designated an independent monitor to be present at all events related to the bidding. The monitor observed every stage of the bidding process and wrote a final report certifying that no acts that could be interpreted as favors to any of the bidding companies took place.
