Assignment
1: Independently, or with
a small team from your municipality fill in Tool 5.5. This should
take less than 1 hour to complete. For each category (i.e. Informed
by an understanding of local realities and trends, Leadership,
Internal HIVAIDS policy, etc.) list one strength (something that
you had given a score of 3, 4, or 5) and one weakness (something
that had received a score of 1 or 2). From this list identify
2-3 areas that you would like to make a priority for your municipality,
and suggest how this might be accomplished.
