At the end of the 4 topics, the users should have a good idea
of how to develop or strengthen a local government authority HIV/AIDS
response strategy that:

a wide range of stakeholders, and is managed from within the local
government authority (Topic 2) |

uses
information about the local epidemic and identifies the available
resources in the community (Topic 3) |

|
outlines
a realistic and measurable plan of action (Topics 3 & 4) |
