CD-ROM Local Government Responses to HIV/AIDS: A Training
Toolkit adapted from African Local Government Action Forum has been
developed to help local government authorities and those who work with
them to strengthen local government capacity to design and implement
HIV/AIDS responses that build upon the comparative advantage and available
resources of local government authorities and the communities they serve.
