The
learning program sets out to achieve the objectives
mentioned on the previous page through several activities,
which are covered in detail below.
The
program has initiated research and learning activities,
access to global knowledge and information, which
facilitates the creation of learning materials on
the role of traditional structures in local governance
which can in turn be used for capacity building of
local government officials, NGOs, and international
donors working on community driven development, decentralization,
and good governance programs.
