to the Advisory Services Toolkit
This Toolkit
is a practical guide on how to set up and run an Advisory Service/Help
Desk. It was created in response to strong and continuing demand
for advice on developing these Services* and related information
products, from World Bank staff and clients. Advisory Services have
been a key element of the Knowledge Bank since 1996.
The Toolkit
is a joint effort of the World Bank Institute Knowledge and Learning
Advisory Service and the Advisory Services community. It draws together
accumulated knowledge and lessons learned of benefit to current
and future Advisory Services. Please see the About
the Toolkit section for tips on using this resource, and to
provide feedback and updates.
