Mr. Van der Vossen obtained a degree in government and constitutional law from Leyden University in the Netherlands. After serving in the Foreign Service of the Netherlands and at the Netherlands Bank, Mr. Van der Vossen joined the Fund in 1993. He is currently deputy chief of the Financial Regulation and Supervision Division of MFD.
