A graduate of Balliol College, Oxford, Bill Blair practises in the financial field from chambers at 3 Verulam Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London. Becoming a Queens Counsel in 1994, he has written widely on the subject, and is a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics, and the Centre for Commercial Law Studies. He sits as part-time as a deputy High Court judge, and is one of the chairmen of the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal set up under the UK’s regulatory reforms.
