The fee for conference participation is as follows:

• $1500 USD—Includes conference participation, meals and accommodation at the Watergate Hotel, April 13-16, 2003

• $1300 USD—Includes conference participation, meals and accommodation at the Watergate Hotel, April 14-16, 2003

Meals to be provided:

Participants will be provided with hotel accommodation according to their requests, and do not need to contact the Watergate Hotel themselves. However, if a participant wishes to secure additional accommodation before or after the conference, he or she should make arrangements individually with the hotel. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made before Monday, March 17th, 2003 will receive a 100% refund of fees. Cancellations made between March 17th and March 31st will receive a 50% refund of fees. We regret that we are unable to refund any cancellations received after Monday, March 31st, 2003. We will, however, transfer the fee, if you choose to nominate an alternative representative from your organization.
