Mr. Ingram is currently the Head of Technology & Operations and Group Chief Information Officer for DBS Bank, responsible for the provision of IT, business operations, property & administrative services to DBS and its subsidiaries.

During his period with the DBS Bank, he has been responsible for outsourcing IT applications management and infrastructure operations across the region to IBM; defining, developing and implementing a regional, services based architecture; reengineering and restructuring T&O as a services organization and managing a set of regional processing centres.

Steve chairs the Bank’s Project Council and is a member of its Management Committee and Policy Committee. He is also a Director of DBS TD Waterhouse Holdings Pte Ltd and Network for Electronic Transfers (S) Pte Ltd. He is a member of IBM’s Board of Advisors and an Advisory Board Member of FT Ventures.

Steve was Chief Information Officer at Excel Communications, USA, before his appointment at DBS Bank.

Previously, Steve was a partner with Ernst & Young in Australia and the USA, where he spent 15 years in various senior positions.
