Andrew Ellis has held several positions during his 5-year tenure at Fannie Mae. Currently, he is a Senior Manager in the e-Business Sales / Support division.

Andrew manages the technology training initiatives and develops training strategies for the e-Business unit, managers the government underwriting service available through Desktop Underwriter, and manages Fannie Mae's relationship with mortgage service providers. Prior to assuming his current role, Andrew was most recently the Manager of Underwriting Management for Fannie Mae's Philadelphia regional office.

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Andrew worked for the Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Chambersburg, where he held various positions. In his most recent position, Mortgage Processing and Secondary Market Manager, his responsibilities included management of all facets of mortgage processing, underwriting and closing; secondary market operations, and various other strategic planning and development initiatives. Under his direction, Farmers and Merchants Trust Company installed Desktop Underwriter in October 1995, becoming one of the first 30 lenders in the United States to do so.

Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism - Public Relations from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
