David
Kalinski has worked in the Legal Department at Fannie
Mae since 1986. He has been involved primarily in
the field of loan securitization, including both single-family
and multifamily loan securitization. David has also
given legal advice in the field of low and moderate
income housing as well as general corporate matters.
David has spoken frequently on mortgage securitization
to international groups from around the world and
participated in a project in Moscow to advise Russian
lenders on mortgage loan origination and securitization.
Before coming to Fannie Mae, David worked for over
three years in the Office of General Counsel at the
United States Deparment of Agriculture, where he worked
in the field of rural electrification.
David
received a bachelor's degree in history at Princeton
University and a J.D. degree at Cornell University.
