Gary Kochubka

Gary P. Kochubka is a Director in the Structured Finance Department at Standard & Poor's. He has primary responsibility for rating international future flow and mortgage- and asset-backed securities in the Latin American and other Emerging Market countries. Prior to being transferred to the Latin American Structured Finance Group, he had worked in Standard & Poor's Melbourne office for one and one-half years where he was responsible for rating International mortgage- and asset-backed securities in Australia, New Zealand and South-east Asia. Mr. Kochubka has also had primary responsibility for rating international mortgage- and asset-backed securities in Canada and has considerable knowledge and experience of structured ratings in the United Kingdom.

Gary joined the International Structured Finance Group in 1988. Prior to joining Standard & Poor's, he worked at Salomon Brothers Inc., and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Corp.

Gary holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Business from DeSales University (formerly known as Allentown College of St. Francis de Sales) and a Masters of Business Administration in International Business from Baruch College.
