Chris Milner is an expert in the field of financial technology, real time systems and electronic commerce. From January to December of 2000, Chris was CTO at Capital.com, a commercial finance marketplace and news and information source.

Chris was the technical visionary behind Capital.com's commercial loan operations including origination, portfolio management, customer service and call center systems. From 1992 to 1999, Chris was President of Strategic Edge Technologies in Washington, D.C. SET's practice specialties were in technology planning, systems architecture and systems development for Class 1 securities trading operations at Fannie Mae, Seaboard Securities, Tullet & Tokyo, and other Wall Street clients.

Chris holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
