Bernard Vorms
Director
Agence Nationale pour l'Information sur le Logement (ANIL)

Mr. Vorms is the Director of the French Agence Nationale pour l'Information sur le Logement (ANIL), where he contributes to the development of home ownership policy and legal regulation for real estate agents for the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Housing. He has also served as an advisor and consultant on housing market policies in Europe, China, Ivory Coast and the United States. He is currently working on a World Bank mission for mortgage access in the Ivory Coast. Mr. Vorms is the Chief Editor of the review "Habitat-Actualité" which focuses on economics and housing rights. He has researched extensively on the subject, and his works include: "Homebuying and Risk Control" (1999); "Low Income Households and Housing in the U.S." with B. Coloos (1997); Report to the Ministry of Housing on "The Difficulties of Homebuying CARPI Clients" (1994); Report for the European Commission on "The Effect of the Overall Annual Rate on the Mortgage Market" (1994).
