Scott Whipple has held several positions during his 20 years at Fannie Mae. Most recently, Scott is the Director in the Securities Administration Department.

Scott manages the second largest REMIC/CMO trustee operation in the world with industry-best performance—no material bond payment errors since inception. He is also responsible for determining payment distributions in excess of $20 billion monthly for over 2000 REMIC trusts and other structured mortgage-backed securities issued by Fannie Mae.

Prior to his current position, Scott spent over 3 years as a manager on REMIC Bond Administration and 2 years as manager on REMIC Project. Prior to coming to Fannie Mae, Scott worked in the Office of Finance, Federal Home Loan Bank Board in Washington, DC. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University in North Carolina.
