Milo Pearson has been the Chief Operating Officer of the California Earthquake Authority since its creation by the legislature in 1996. He has been active in the Authority's initial development and continued implementation. Prior to his involvement with the Authority, Milo was with the California Department of Insurance for 11 years ending his tenure with the Department as Deputy Commissioner for Rate Regulation. He also spent 15 years in the insurance industry.
