Johann-Adrian von Lucius presently serves as Executive Manager of Munich Re, responsible for property, casualty and marine (Treaty, Facultative, Marketing) insurance in Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Turkic States. He joined Munich Re in 1976 and held various posts in Africa for 15 years. Since 1993, he has held various senior executive positions at the head office of Munich Re, in Munich. Mr. Von Lucius holds degrees in Law from Heidelberg and Bonn (1st State Examination), Articles in Lüneburg (2nd State Examination) and served earlier as a barrister.
