Prior to founding eScout, Kemper spent more than 10 years at UMB Bank where he most recently served as chairman and CEO as well as president and CEO, of UMB Financial Corporation, an $8 billion bank holding company. He serves on the following Corporate Boards: Pioneer Service Company, Kemper Realty Company, Stagecoach Incorporated, UMB Financial Corporation, UMB Bank of Kansas City, UMB Bank of Colorado, UMB Bank of Omaha. Kemper is a graduate of Northwestern University in Chicago where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American history.
