Kenneth Kerr is Senior Research Analyst at GartnerG2, where he covers emerging payment issues and the financial services small business market. He provides research and advice to traditional and non-traditional providers of financial services on strategies to effectively serve the small business market, and he advises clients on growth opportunities and the business impact of emerging payment technologies and processes and related payment issues including online transaction fraud and security. Ken carries more than ten years of market research experience covering new technologies for business and consumer needs. Prior to working at GartnerG2, he served as Research Manager with Mentis Corporation and Research Project Manager for distance education with Pennsylvania State University. Ken holds a Master of Science in Economics from San Diego State University. Some of his recent research reports at GartnerG2 include: "Financial Services Online: Delivery What Small Businesses Want;" "Financial Providers Need Multichannel Small Business Strategy;" and "Small Business Relationships Are Profitable, and at Risk."
