The fee for conference participation is US$1,000.00. This fee applies to conference participation and meals from 9:00AM Wednesday, December 4th, to 12:00PM Friday, December 6th, 2002. It includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday. It does not include travel or accommodation expenses, which should be planned by each participant.
