Once you have completed viewing the above presentations, please take some time to discuss as a group the views put forward by the presenter.  Consider how and in what way they apply to your particular situation.

After the brief discussion, please complete the following two exercises.

B. Exercises

• Please divide yourselves in small groups to work on the following exercises.  Each small group should ideally consist of four to six persons.

• Download the following two exercises from the CD on to your computer and complete them in your groups (both exercises are in the Microsoft Word^© format).

• Please take the help of your facilitator(s) to upload the completed exercises using the web.  The Module Resource Person will provide comments on your completed exercises which you can download via the web when you meet during the next session.
