Emanuela Galasso is an economist in the Poverty Team
of the Development Research Group. She joined the
Bank in 2000 as a Young Professional and has also
worked in the country Team of Madagascar in the Africa
Region. Her research focuses on impact evaluations
and the economics of targeted anti-poverty programs.
She holds an M.A.and a Ph.D. in Economics from the
Boston College.
