Amy Luinstra

Amy Luinstra is currently an Operation Analyst in the World Bank's Social Protection Department. In this capacity, she has researched and written on the following topics: core labor standards; labor market regulation; active labor market programs; private sector initiatives to improve social performance and human rights-based development. Along with colleagues in the Social Protection Unit, Ms Luinstra serves as a liaison for the World Bank in relations with the International Labor Organization, International Confederation of Free Trade, and the World Confederation of Labor. Ms. Luinstra holds a Masters in International Development from American University. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked on job training programs for immigrants and refugees, displaced mid-career workers, and women transitioning off public assistance in Seattle, Washington.
