Judith
E. Heumann is Advisor for Disability and Development
with the Social Protection Department of the Human
Development Network at the World Bank. She is an internal
consultant on all aspects of disability and poverty
in developing countries. She provides support to operational
units and serves as peer reviewer on policy papers
and projects with disability dimensions. She supervises
the implementation of disability trust funds, and
liaises with governments, disability NGOs and other
donors on disability subjects.
