Ms.
Ruppert Bulmer is a Sr Country Economist in the PREM
unit of the MENA region. He work consists of macro
analysis and labor issues, with links to social protection
programs. She just completed a study on long-term
policy options for the Palestinian economy, and her
labor work has focused on several countries in the
MENA region, most recently Tunisia. Region-wide work
includes the Consumer Food Subsidy report, working
papers on public sector employment and downsizing,
and ongoing studies on gender-disaggregated labor
force participation decisions and employment and wage
outcomes.
