Dr.
Steven R. Tabor is a director of EMSI Inc, an economic
consultancy firm. He has participated in the design
of social protection measures and poverty reduction
strategies in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Lithuania.
He has served in an advisory capacity in public finance
with several governments in Asia, Central Europe,
the Near East and Africa. He has served as an advisor
to the UN development agencies and the multilateral
banks. His publications are in the areas of social
policy, plublic finance, growth food security and
technology.
