Management Resources

Running a telecenter based in your school may make a lot of sense, but that fact doesn’t make it easy.

We’ve made various resources available that are tailor-made to assist heads of schools and telecenter managers with the planning and operation of school-based telecenters. (We’ve also included a few resources that meet the needs of all telecenters.)

These resources focus on the following areas of telecenter management:

We’re adding to these resources all the time. If you have a policy statement that you think other telecenters could use, if you know of a good spreadsheet template, or if there’s a resource that you think would be valuable but that you can’t find, email us today.

NOTE: Files in Portable Document Format (.pdf) require Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free. Documents in .pdf are often much smaller than word-processing (.doc) files, and may be easier to download.

MONITORING & EVALUATION
Monitoring and evaluation are the crucial means by which you gather information about the impact of the telecenter on your own students and teachers, and on the community at large. The information that you collect may also become a "springboard" that can help you jump into participation in national and international programs.
