| The
course will focus on strengthening participants technical
knowledgeon a relatively broad range of poverty reduction
issues including the political economy of the PRSP process,
linking PRSPs and budgets, monitoring and evaluation
of poverty-reduction strategies, and cross-cutting issues
(gender and the environment). Development of partnership
skills and attitudes will, however, be a cross-cutting
theme in all modules of the program.
