A Steering Committee, consisting of staff members of the World Bank Institute, were responsible for the day-to-day work of organizing and delivering the workshop, as well as the various post-workshop activities.
Sponsors and Partners, and several units throughout the World Bank, appointed the members of an Advisory Committee that assisted the Steering Committee.
The Advisory Committee met on two occasions during the preparation of the workshop, and its members were otherwise consulted on an individual basis throughout the preparation process.
