Overview & Instructor Notes

This module is typically completed following the development of the draft policy and strategic implementation plan in module four, Strategic Planning and Vision Statements. It begins to address the issues of specific costs and brings some focus on the various components that will be required to successfully implement an ICT in Education plan.

In the event that there is not sufficient time for this module, it is important to briefly review the activities and provide the participants and the working group with printouts of all materials used in the module. The working group could be assigned the task of working through the activities and providing the participants with a sample financial spreadsheet.
