The program will enhance targeted countries’ action plans to promote and implement e-procurement reforms. Once action plans are streamlined, the program will closely monitor and support the roll out of at least three countries’ action plans.
The WBI procurement program aims to enhance transparency, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness of country’s procurement systems by building the capacity of multi-stakeholder coalitions to promote the adoption of country-appropriate interventions, with a special focus on innovation such as e-procurement and third party monitoring.
